Payment Options & Requirements

You will receive an invoice by email for each booking made. The email will give you instructions on how to access your own Client Area where you can view, download, print and pay your invoices and receipts.


Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. Cheques are no longer accepted.


Dog Walking can be paid for either individually the day before each walk or in advance for a number of sessions/weeks to suit you. No deposit required.


Pet Sitting for a duration of 3 - 24 hours, Pop In visits, Puppy/Kitten visits and Cats, Rabbits, Birds & Other Small Animal visits should be paid for in full the day prior to the booking. If your booking is for 3 or more consecutive days, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking with the balance due 14 days before the booking is due to begin.


House Sitting requires a 10% non-refundable deposit to be taken at the time of booking with remaining balance due 14 days before the booking is due to begin.


Pet Transport Service is payable on the day. No deposit required.


Exotic Animal care should be paid for in full the day prior to the booking. If your booking is for 3 or more consecutive days, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking with the balance due 14 days before the booking is due to begin.
